This agreement represents the agreement and understandings between NickysGayPhuket (hereinafter “NGP” or “NickysGayPhuket.com” or “the Service”), its owners – Worth Media Group, and managers, and YOU (the individual accessing the NickysGayPhuket website and its services (hereinafter “User”). Nickys Gay Phuket is not a pornographic website, and does not solicit or receive nude photographs, or other pornographic materials or media, or requests for publication of same on this website. Nickys Gay Phuket has not, nor will not authorize websites having pornographic, paedophilic or illegal content to link to NickysGayPhuket.com
NGP reserves the right to change or discontinue any or all services offered such as advertising or any other services without notice.

3. NGP services SHALL NOT be utilized to send unsolicited advertising or promotional materials to other network users. Electronic mail and appropriate USENET newsgroups may be used in the conduct of legitimate businesses. Continued harassment of other individuals on the Internet after being asked to stop by those individuals and NGP will not be tolerated. When NGP becomes aware of possible violations, we will initiate an investigation.
